The Heart of Harmony
I started my career over 15 years ago, sweeping the practice floors for free during summer break, learning each position within the hospital and eventually becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician and Practice Manager. I've worked in general practice, emergency, and urgent care based practices, building not only my clinical skillset, but my understanding of the realities veterinary teams face every day. From fast-paced ER shifts to the continuity of GP, I’ve seen firsthand how critical it is to balance patient care, team wellbeing, and the financial health of a practice.

As I continued pursuing leadership opportunities I found that my "why" began to shift. I'd realized along the way that while there was always another team member willing to step in to care for our patients, who was truly taking care of the team among the chaos? That perspective deepened. I became passionate about bridging the gap between medicine and business helping alleviate the strain it caused by helping practices operate more effectively without losing sight of why they chose this career in the first place. I believe the best outcomes happen when strong systems support great medicine, not compete with it. This is where teams are leveraged and supported in equal parts.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a mom first. That role has shaped how I lead with intention, resilience, and a focus on what truly matters. I lead by example, guided by integrity, honesty, curiosity, and a constant drive to be the change I want to see in our industry. My work is rooted in one goal: creating environments where teams can thrive, patients continue receiving exceptional care, and businesses grow in a way that is both sustainable and meaningful.
